QT With Friends: At Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks

Had a wonderful time catching up with Gerry and Mel over dinner last night...and you can't go wrong with Islands!

I usually order the Maui Burger, but this time around something else on the menu caught my eye. Hmm, how could I have missed this before? I figured it must be new on the menu. I ordered the Pesto Paradiso- it had grilled chicken, swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce and pesto (lots of pesto)! I LOVE PESTO! This is my new fave at Islands :)
