Let Love Grow: The Reception

Charlene & Enrique's Wedding Reception
Bernardo Winery

From the looks of things...and from all the hearsay going on that day...I think the guests had a MIGHTY FINE time :) The reception was one to remember! From my stand point- everything was a blur! I was so busy making sure things were going smoothly and getting the program going. Time flew by quick...but I definitely had a blast as well. I only wish it could have gone on longer through the entire night!

Bernardo Winery looked SO beautiful and enchanting... it was truly magical.

{The Sweetheart Table}
{Side Note} The Howard Schultz book...hey, these two did meet at Starbucks while working together :)

{Table of Gifts & a Bucket List}

{The Cake Table}

The wedding cake by Nothing Bundt Cakes. For guests, bundtinis in four different flavors! Red velvet, Chocolate Chocolate, Lemon and Cinnamon.

{The Couple's Honeymoon Fund}

The reception site was held in Rosario's Pavillion inside Bernardo Winery. All of the decorations you see here were hand made by Charlene, myself and the Owl Flock gals, plus a few of the other bridesmaids. The designs and concepts were all by Charlene...she's got one brilliant mind when it comes to these things :)

{Cocktail Hour}

{Entrance of The Wedding Party}
{Love} The Best Man & Maid of Honor! Hahaha, another shameless plug for us two! ;)

{The Newlyweds' First Dance as Mr. & Mrs}
Their song of choice? The theme song of Carl & Ellie from the pixar movie Up :)

{Dinner & Menu}

Our table photo with the Mr. & Mrs. (...okay okay, there are two tables up here. Yay cousins!)
{Love} I love these guys!

{Cutting of the Bundt Cake}

{Father & Daughter Dance}
Song of choice? "I Can't Help Falling in Love With You" by Elvis Presley. Our Dad is a big Elvis fan :)

{Groom & Mother Dance//Groom & Mother-in-Law Dance//Bride & Father-in-Law Dance}

{The Money Dance}

{The Bouquet Toss}
Okay, so I have a little back story here. The first time Charlene threw the bouquet, she purposefully directed her throw at me...and what did I do? SIGH. I let it slip through my arms! I held both of my hands out to catch it and it went through the circle- like a basketball going through a hoop! Womp womp :(

A second try? Just kidding. Look at all these single gals putting their hands up! Single ladies!

{The Garter Removal & Toss}
Just for kicks, Charlene had Enrique take out "her panties!" Hahaha! These were clean ones and she had it tucked into her garter! Everyone thought it was hilarious...and a few of them gasped in shock ;)

Time for the big toss! Look at all these single...hmm, let me just say "unmarried" fellas because I KNOW some of these guys have long time girlfriends! Ahem ahem, Rodney, Wil, Norman! Yeah I'm calling you guys out ;)

{Archway to the Open Dance Floor}

Surprise of the night! We put together a small performance with our Dad to Gangnam Style :)
He killed it on the dance floor! YAY Dad!

All good things must come to an end....it was time to wind down and wrap it up at Bernardo Winery.
{Side Note}
In case you were wondering why the Bride has fake red blood smeared all over her chin...well, she and Enrique performed "Thriller" during open dance floor! Halloween was just around the corner and it's one of their favorite times of the year :)

Closing time...

CONGRATULATIONS again to Enrique & Charlene Siliezar!!!
May you two have many wonderful adventures together as husband and wife!
I love you both with all my heart :)

  1. Adorable reception! Each and everything organized is beyond perfection. My cousin's wedding also went incredibly well. All the planning from Los Angeles event venues to renowned caterers and bakers were out of the world. Gorgeous decoration and crystal hangings were making the lighting cute. Crockery used was also latest one.
