Wedding Notes: The Bridal Shower

Kickin' the wedding festivities into full gear now! Today's bridal shower is just the beginning of a week long (and hopefully minimal stress) wedding celebration for my sister Charlene & future brother-in-law Enrique! My mom and I threw Charlene's bridal shower party at the house and invited friends and family...and of course, what would a bridal shower party be without the infamous surprise at the end of the night?!? Hahahaha! Don't worry, the photos I'm posting here will be the PG rated cut ;)

The "infamous" cake...well, in this case, it was Jello! SO graphic, I know! But again, it's all in good fun :)

Time for games and presents to shower our bride-to-be! 

Game 1: What's In Your Bag? Game 2: Trivial Things and Game 3: Unwrap the Teddy. The laughing was non-stop :)

Presents time! Each of Charlene's guests brought in some eye candy goodies for her. Fun stuff! Notice though the "lingerie" our mom gave Charlene...OH MOM! Hahaha :)

For the last part of the evening....well, these were pretty much the only pictures I felt comfortable posting up here. Dollar bills? Check! Positive, fun attitude? Check! Inhibitions and shyness? None of that here! Hahaha. Needless to say, us gals had some good ol' fun with the Fireman ;)
